We are looking to fill a marketing internship role that would help us with various marketing and research tasks at Biasly (www.biasly.com) a political news website that specializes in providing online news, media bias ratings, and education products to users around the world using A.I. Applicants can expect to fulfill internship and credit hour requirements prescribed by the university, if applicable. Flexible with your schedule and is remote. The internship is 150 hours and we ask that you work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week so you can finish the internship within 10-15 weeks or sooner.

The internship is a learning opportunity.  You will learn about each of these items through our training program and apply what you learn through our curriculum to help with these tasks:

  • Marketing through social platforms
  • Creating lead magnets
  • Writing blog and video scripts
  • Doing SEO
  • Sending and creating email campaigns
  • Getting involved in public relations
  • Analytics including Google Analytics
  • Crafting online ads
  • Crafting landing Pages
  • Building rewards programs and giveaways

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Excellent at reading and understanding political news.
  • Highly analytical and detailed-oriented
  • Reliable, keep all commitments
  • Team player
  • Preferred: political science or English major (students, graduates, prospective students, or experiential learners are welcome)

 

Compensation:

This is a non-paid internship. Valuable real-world experience and class credit can be earned.
